Focus, efficiency, and teamwork were skills Lindsay honed as a Division I volleyball player in undergrad. She relies on the same skills working closely with automakers and commercial truck manufacturers to defend consumer, commercial warranty, and product liability claims. She has direct experience with engine design and cutting edge crash avoidance technologies. Lindsay’s experience includes taking, defending and preparing company witnesses for depositions. She works with company engineers and outside experts to interpret and explain product information and data.
