Brian joined Montgomery Jonson as a law clerk in 2021 and has stayed on as an associate attorney since graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and passing the bar exam in 2022. While in law school, Brian served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Board Appellate Advocacy Honors Society. Brian assists in the defense of consumer litigation asserted against automobile manufacturers and professional liability claims asserted against judges, attorneys, and other professionals. He also assists in the firm’s employment practice and in other areas of defense.
